Dan Dinu is a well-known Romanian photographer, specialized in landscape, wildlife and travel photography. His pictures have been published in many publications, including National Geographic. He is the author of six personal exhibitions and is the president of Forona (Romanian Nature Photography Association). Dan has been a photographer for more than 20 years, from which 10 as a professional photographer. He founded PhotoLife, one of the first photography schools in Romania, and is now teaching courses, workshops and photo tours around the world. Until now he’s been travelling for photo tours in many parts of Romania, but also in the Dolomites and the Alps, in Norway, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Uganda, Namibia, Jordan and many more.

In the recent years Dan had the opportunity to collaborate in important nature photography projects, such as Wild Wonders of Europe, or Rewilding Europe, and he develop together with WWF (World Wide Fund for Nature) the biggest nature photography project in the country, called Wild Romania. Dan is also a constant collaborator of all the NGO’s in Romania, because he wants to help them protect as much as possible of the natural world.
